Just wanted to share a little milestone with you all – I’ve officially been a black belt for 6 years now! It’s been an amazing journey and I feel so grateful to still be healthy and able to continue training. I’ve made some incredible friends, had some amazing mentors, and have been lucky enough to work with great students along the way. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey with me. Here’s to many more years of martial arts, health, and fun! 🥋💪🏼
