Making Time and Building Positive Habits
We had one of our adult students back in class last week after a little bit of inconsistent training. Someone asked him where he’d been and he said, “Man, I just haven’t had time. Then I realized, I have to MAKE time!” That’s a winners attitude right there!
It takes a lot of discipline to carve out time for self-improvement. It’s not selfish to invest in making yourself better. How are you supposed to give your best at work, at home, in life- if you’re not feeling at your best??
Managing stress, getting exercise, improving your confidence, and learning self-defense, are all great reasons to make martial arts part of your weekly routine and lifestyle!
If you’re not already, please be sure to follow Dojo Kyle on Facebook and Instagram! We are currently offering a two week free trial and it is a great way to try out martial arts and see if it’s what you’ve been needing!
About
Dojo Kyle is the top martial arts school in Kyle/Buda. Founded in 2011 by Ryan Shinto, Dojo Kyle offers classes for kids ages 5 and up designed to develop the critical building blocks they need for school excellence and later success in life. Dojo Kyle’s adult program is structured as a complete fitness and conditioning program for adults who want to lose weight, get (and stay) in shape or learn self-defense in a supportive environment.
Will Caldwell is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Judo black belt. He graduated from Texas State University and became involved in martial arts while in college. He was one of Ryan Shinto’s first students at Dojo Kyle and believed so much in the life changing results of training (from experiencing it himself!), that he was offered a larger role at the school and became part owner- dedicating his time and energy to teaching and helping people grow through martial arts!
